Copperstone Creek
The fruit for our striking Copperstone Creek range is sourced from the Riverina region in New South Wales, from family owned, sustainably managed vineyards. This region, the largest in Australia, is still farmed by descendants of Italian settlers arriving after the First and Second World wars. To reflect changing tastes growers are working hard to reduce yields and concentrate on capturing ripe fruit flavours in the grapes, this combined with night picking and soft pressing ensure our Copperstone Creek wines offer the very best of modern Australian winemaking.
